When you request a Free Discovery Video, the form collects the information you choose to provide: your name, business name, city or service area, state, website or Google Maps listing, email address, and optional phone number. A conversation request also includes suggested times, your time zone and any topic you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request and to provide or operate the service you asked for. We do not use a Free Discovery Video request to place you on a general marketing list.

We do not sell personal information

Look Closely Marketing does not sell the personal information you submit through this site.

Protecting information

Online requests, when available, are saved in a restricted staff inbox and used to arrange the requested service. Email requests pass through your email provider and our email service. Only authorized LCM staff should access request details. We retain them while handling the request and related business records; contact hello@lookcloselymarketing.com to ask about access, correction or deletion. We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted to us. No website, email, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
